As the CEO of Invessent, Jarrett has twenty years of industry experience at Fortune 500 companies such as Merrill Lynch-Bank of America and MetLife. While working with these large companies, Jarrett recognized the opportunity to offer clients a more boutique experience—from his truly independent perspective as a fiduciary. His focus: Assisting institutions, families and individuals in creating a solid plan to help ensure brighter financial futures. Jarrett earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Potsdam. He enjoys sailing, flying and community involvement in Rochester and beyond.

Lidia brings more than fifteen years of bilingual management experience to Invessent. Her expertise comes from client-facing roles in healthcare and finance. As Vice President of Operations, Lidia operates on the front line, leading day-to-day client support and service. She is committed to giving her undivided attention to each and every client. It’s her high level of dedication that makes Lidia such a valuable member of the Invessent team. Lidia enjoys spending quality time with her family. She also loves to bake and work on home projects. Her greatest source of joy and inspiration are her children.


Thomas LeRoy
Wealth Advisor

As a Wealth Advisor, Thomas is driven to make a personal impact in the lives his clients. He is a recent graduate of Villanova University where he earned a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and strategic management. Preceding that, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Mississippi State University. He joined Invessent after several years in wealth management at Northwestern Mutual. Thomas enjoys playing golf and basketball and boating. A Rochester native, he loves all his hometown has to offer including the local cuisine.
